I am a firm believer in a personal, communicative, and client-centered approach to massage therapy. Together, we will discuss your unique health and wellness needs and develop a treatment plan that takes into consideration your own special requirements. As a mobile massage therapy unit, I will come to your home, workplace, or other suitable location to provide treatment with no extra charge within the treatment area. Outside of the treatment area, I charge a modest $0.25 per kilometer in addition to the treatment fee and all applicable taxes. Swedish massage

• Most common style of massage therapy
• Long strokes, kneading, various techniques
• Can assist with relaxation and stress relief
• Use of lotion/oils on the skin

Deep Tissue massage

• Use of elbow, knuckles, reinforced thumb, or massage tool
• Pressure into muscles relieves knots, stiffness, and soreness
• Treatments are targeted to affected muscle/muscle groups
• Can be painful but can provide great results.

Chair massage

• Client sits face forward on massage chair
• RMT can access and treat the client’s back, head, neck, and legs
• Massage can be performed through clothing
• Short 10-20 minute massage – perfect for the workplace
• Portable chair is easy to setup in minimal time
